We understand there have been issues with trespassing around the neighborhood.
We have a Letter of Authority to Trespass with Melbourne Police department.
See below. They have been updated for 2025.
The letters identify the following common areas as:
- Pool/Pavilion Area: 734 Luminary Cir.
- Nature boardwalk Preserve (West- Along Dairy)- 1224 Luminary Cir.
- Common area in Southwest corner (near bowling alley) – 1090 Luminary Cir.—NEW
- Tennis Courts- 930 Luminary Cir. –NEW
These are the addresses assigned to the common areas per Melbourne Police department.
