Sonesta Walk is a townhouse community of 306 units (2 and 3 bedroom homes). Developed by Mercedes Homes, the Sonesta Walk Homeowners' Association (SWHOA) acquired management responsibilities in May, 2010. SWHOA has contracted with Space Coast Property Management to assist with administrative and maintenance support.

Your interest as a homeowner lies with the continued success of your Association. If the Association functions well, it is our opinion that the lifestyle you have chosen will be maintained. Involvement for you may mean simply paying fees and assessments on time and complying with association covenants, or you may wish to take a more active role such as serving on the Board of Directors, or on a committee.

We encourage all residents to use the recreational facilities. We would also love for you to attend our monthly Association meetings, attend parties and events sponsored by SWHOA, meet your neighbors, and learn more about your community.
